Ripe is celebrating following double success at the 2023 Insurance Choice Awards this week, the winners of which are based exclusively on customer votes.
The UK insurtech took home two highly competitive headline awards - Best Big Insurance Company for Ripe Insurance and Treating Customers Fairly Champion for its specialist boat insurance product, Insure4Boats. Both are based on having the highest combined customer scores across all other categories to provide an overall winner.
The Insurance Choice Awards were launched by Smart Money People in 2016 to help customers find quality insurance providers to do business with. Winners are determined by asking customers to vote for their favourite product provider by leaving them a rating and a review. Smart Money People also asks the customer to rate customer service, NPS, value for money and whether they felt fairly treated.
This is the fifth consecutive year that Ripe has seen success at the ceremony.
